I love nigiri and I never had it until recently. It is a much better way to eat. The texture and the flavors and the way it hits your mouth. the wasabi hits harder too I guess cause more surface area.

I prefer nigiri and rolls over sashimi though. I think it really needs the rice to soak up the soy sauce. and it helps with texture.
